Fjordbyen Innkvartering

Fjordbyen Innkvartering is one of the newer accommodation providers in Drammen. The company was founded on June 10, 2020. It is owned by Eidos Drift Holding (66 percent) and ILD Invest (34 percent).

Eidos Drift Holding is owned by Eidos Eiendomsutvikling AS. Eidos owns 55 percent of the area that is being transformed from warehouses, industry, and logistics into Fjordbyen Lier and Drammen. This is one of Norway's largest urban development projects, stretching from Brakerøya in Drammen to Amtmannsvingen in Lier. The company is backed by Lier Municipality (55 percent), Bane NOR Eiendom (22.5 percent), and Fabritius Gruppen (22.5 percent), which is wholly owned by Gjelsten Holding.

Fjordbyen Innkvartering welcomed its first guests in the summer of 2021. The company offers customized accommodation for those who need to work in our region for a period, whether in Drammen, towards Kongsberg/Vestfold, or Oslo.
