1. Contact persons at existing and potential business customers
We process information about contact persons at existing and potential business customers for marketing, sales, administration, documentation and follow-up.
The processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest which consists in the need to sell our goods and services. We also store and disclose information where we have a legal obligation to do so, for example under the Bookkeeping Act and the Tax Administration Act.
It is voluntary for contact persons if they want to give us contact details, but sometimes it is a condition for entering into an agreement that we receive the information we need. If we collect personal information from others, it will usually be about contact information, position, function and employer. The source of information will most often be the contact person's employer.
We can store information for as long as we believe it can be used, for example to document conditions surrounding sales.
2. Contact persons at existing and potential suppliers
We process personal information about contact persons at existing and potential suppliers for preparations, administration, documentation and follow-up.
The processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest, which consists in the need to purchase goods and services. We also store and disclose information where we have a legal obligation to do so, for example under the Bookkeeping Act and the Tax Administration Act.
It is voluntary for contact persons if they want to give us contact details, but sometimes it is a condition for entering into an agreement that we receive the information we need.
We can store information for as long as we believe it can be used, for example to document circumstances surrounding purchases.
3. Employees
We process personal data about our employees to manage our staff, to organize our business, and to comply with legal requirements.
The processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest resulting from the fact that we are an employer. We also process information because we are legally obliged to do so, for example to hand out and store information in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act, the Tax Administration Act and the Norwegian Data Protection Act. We must process a few pieces of information in order to fulfill our obligations in the agreement with the employees.
Employees are obliged to provide us with the information we need for the purposes mentioned above.
Information is stored with us in electronic personnel files. Information is available only to the personnel department and immediate manager. Information about names and contact details is available to other employees. We store information for as long as the employment lasts.
We provide ØkonomiAssistanse Drammen AS (our data processor) with the information necessary to manage the payment of wages, holiday pay, refunds and other benefits, as well as reporting to public authorities about work and income conditions.
4. Former employees
We process personal data about former employees in order to be able to document our compliance with our obligations as an employer if necessary. Information about former employees will also appear from agreements, correspondence and other documentation we store and use as part of our business. The processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest in documenting our case management as an employer. We also process information because we are legally obliged to do so, for example to hand out and store information in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act, the Tax Administration Act and the Norwegian Data Protection Act.
We store information about personnel matters for up to two years after the employment relationship has ended. We store information that a person has worked with us and for how long for an indefinite period of time.
5. Job seekers
We process personal data about job seekers to assess whether they are suitable for the job they have applied for.
The processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest in hiring and in documenting the hiring process.
Providing us with information is voluntary. The information you choose to give us will be important to our assessment of the application.
We store information for up to one year after the employment process has ended.
