Head chef employed

Monica Steinsland is employed as head chef at Fjordbyen Innkvartering.

Monica Steinsland is the company's second hire. She will be in place in the position well before the opening of the facility hotel.

– We are happy to have Monica on the team, says site manager Ståle Gundersen.

Steinsland, who is trained as a chef, comes from Comfort Union Brygge.

– We will hire more chefs, but the most important resource is in place in Monica, who will be responsible for all the food we will serve, says Gundersen.
